School Uniform

We are extremely proud of our school uniform at North. We expect our students to wear the uniform with pride and staff endeavour to uphold an acceptable appearance. Students who arrive at school in inappropriate uniform may be sent home to change. Our school uniform is detailed as follows and may be purchased from the school, School Days and Bromsgrove Sports.

School Uniform Update – May 2010

We are proud of the school uniform and expect our students to wear it with pride. We do not expect students to wear:

  • Ugg boots or canvas pumps in school
  • excessive jewellery or make-up
  • brightly coloured scarves, headbands, socks or fashion belts
  • a mixture of the new and the old uniform
  • no t-shirts to be visible under shirts
  • short tight fashion skirts

Students who arrive at school inappropriately dressed will have items confiscated or be sent home to change.

Our female students have the option of wearing black trousers or skirt however in the interests of their dignity we ask that skirts are knee length and trousers are plain and of acceptable material. Fashion belts and accessories are not to be worn.

This year our uniform has been in a transitional phase and from September 2010 all students must wear the new uniform. Details and costs can be found on the website.

We thank you for your full support of our school's dress code.
